Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

  • Service Providers: Trusted third parties to perform essential functions (such as PostNord or other shipping carriers, and secure payment processors like Klarna, Stripe, or PayPal).

  • Compliance with Laws: If required to respond to legal requests or tax audits by the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket).

4. Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill your order. However, under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (Bokföringslagen), I am legally required to securely retain invoice and transaction data for 7 years. After this period, your personal data will be completely deleted or anonymized.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR

As an EU resident, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data I hold about you.

  • Request that your data be corrected, updated, or deleted (except where I am legally required to keep it).

  • Restrict or object to the processing of your data.

Terms of Service

1. Overview

This website is operated by me. Throughout the site, the terms “I”, “me”, “my”, and “our” refer to my small business. By purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights under Swedish consumer law.

2. General Conditions

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

3. Products, Pricing & Payments

  • Handmade Variations: Because every single stitch marker is made by me, minor variations in colour or detail may occur.

  • Colour Accuracy: I make every effort to display product colours accurately, but I cannot guarantee your screen will display them perfectly.

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices are displayed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include Swedish VAT (moms). Shipping is calculated clearly at checkout. Prices and product availability are subject to change or discontinuation without notice.

  • Secure Payments: Payments are processed securely via integrated third-party gateways.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (Ångerrätt)

In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

  • To exercise this right, you must contact me within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized stitch markers made to your specific specifications.

5. Faulty Goods & Complaints (Reklamation)

  • If your stitch markers arrive damaged, broken, or develop a handmade defect, you have a statutory right to make a complaint (reklamationsrätt) under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).

  • Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact me via the contact page with a photo of the defect as soon as possible so I can make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

All non-alloy/ enamel/ resin charm designs, product names, original photography, and written text descriptions displayed on this website are my intellectual property. They are protected under copyright laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without my explicit written permission.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to my website. The terms active at the exact time of your purchase will apply to your order. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates for future transactions.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service and any purchases made on this site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. In the event of an unresolved dispute, you have the right to submit a claim to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden - ARN).
